How Rapid Test works
A two-part “master and slave” product, Rapid Test can be retrofitted into your switchboard by a licensed electrician quickly, easily and with minimal disruption to your business operations.
The “master” unit contains a RCD tester (a testing device) and is integrated with state of the art Wi-Fi capabilities. The “slave” channel board houses 24 channels and can be connected to 24 RCD’s via a coupling wire. We know you are likely to have more than 24 RCD’s in your switchboard, so one “master” unit can be connected to up to 10 “slave” channel boards if required.

Electrician / Technician not required
Once Rapid Test is installed in your switchboard by a licensed electrician, anyone in your organisation can safely test your RCD's using the Rapid Test System saving considerable contractor costs.

By using the Rapid Test System, an electrician is not required to work on a live switchboard to test RCD's. Live works are inherently dangerous and are prohibited in some States in Australia.

A technician testing RCD's by simulating a fault at a power point is a slow and cumbersome process that causes considerable downtime. Rapid Test will test your RCD's up to 180 times faster than a technician.
